Thats a Lingenfelter Reaper, a pretty serious truck that was aimed at the Raptor. Looks like they put some worse tires/wheels on it though .

interesting - can’t say I’ve ever seen one of those.  Looks like they extended the schnoz quite a bit in the middle but left the headlights stock.  More room for cooling maybe?
